These terms govern your use of the StylesConnects website, waitlist, apps and services (the "Services"), provided by STYLESCONNECTS TECHNOLOGIES LTD (RC 8705346) ("StylesConnects", "we", "us"). By using the Services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. The Services
StylesConnects is a fashion marketplace and business toolkit. Sellers can run a store, list products, record sales, manage customers and payments, and connect tools such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Buyers can discover and buy from sellers, and resellers can share products and earn commission. Some features are still being built and may change.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
- Tell us straight away at hello@stylesconnects.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Sellers
- You are responsible for your products, prices, descriptions, photos, orders, delivery and customer service.
- You must have the right to sell what you list and to use the content you upload or import, including content imported from Instagram.
- You must not sell counterfeit, illegal, unsafe or prohibited items, or use other brands' names or logos without permission.
- When you record your customers' details, you must have a lawful reason to do so and use them only to serve those customers.
- Messages sent to your customers through WhatsApp must follow the WhatsApp Business Policy.
4. Buyers and resellers
Purchases are agreements between buyers and sellers. Resellers must describe products accurately and must not make promises on a seller's behalf. Commissions are paid according to the terms shown in the Services.
5. Fees
Some features and plans are paid. Fees, commissions and billing terms are shown before you agree to them. We may change fees with notice.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or post misleading, abusive or harmful content;
- send spam or unwanted messages, or misuse WhatsApp or Instagram connections;
- try to access other accounts or data, or disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give us permission to host, display and share it as needed to run the Services, for example showing your products in your store and, if you choose, in the marketplace.
8. Third-party services
Features that use WhatsApp, Instagram, payment providers or other third parties are also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put users or the Services at risk.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for products, payments or delivery between buyers and sellers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, let you know through the Services or by email.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
